Jeanius Apparel Lab is an apparel sourcing, product development and fulfillment partner for brands, retailers, print shops and e-commerce businesses. Backed by 20+ years of apparel and denim supply-chain experience, we connect flexible sourcing with customization, custom product development and U.S. fulfillment support.

Our products are manufactured through our production network in China, while eligible inventory can be stored, customized and fulfilled in the United States through our New Jersey partner facility. Brands can start with ready-to-order blanks, customize existing styles, or move into fully custom product development as their needs grow.

Our team brings more than 20 years of experience across apparel sourcing, denim development, production and brand programs. We have worked across different product categories, price points and business models, from ready-to-order basics to fully developed private-label collections.

That experience helps us understand not only how garments are made, but also how brands need to test products, control inventory, manage development and scale production as demand grows.

Over the years, our team has supported apparel programs for established retailers, fashion brands and emerging labels across denim, knitwear and private-label production.

Our experience includes product development, sampling, bulk production, washes and finishing, branding, packaging and other supply-chain requirements for different types of apparel businesses.

From Production to U.S. Fulfillment

Our apparel is produced through our manufacturing network in China, where we manage product development, sampling and production across denim and knitwear categories.

Eligible inventory can then be shipped to our U.S. partner facility in New Jersey for storage, selected customization, order processing and domestic fulfillment. This allows brands to combine overseas production with flexible U.S.-based inventory and shipping support.

Our Los Angeles office and showroom also support product review, sample viewing and customer meetings.
