Shipping Information & Order Processing

Ordinary In-Stock Orders

Ordinary in-stock apparel orders require approximately 7 business days of order processing before they are handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional to processing time.

Shipping Origin and Destinations

Orders are fulfilled from our New Jersey factory at 1724 Marlton Pike E., Suite B, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003, United States. Online checkout currently offers shipping within the United States, subject to service availability for your delivery address.

Shipping Options and Costs

Customers pay shipping costs. Available USPS, UPS, and FedEx services and their calculated shipping charges are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Rates depend on the destination, shipment weight, package dimensions, and service selected. You can review the shipping charge and order total before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days in transit after carrier handover, in addition to our approximately 7 business days of processing (approximately 9–12 business days in total). Other services have different transit times. A carrier transit estimate does not shorten our order processing time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by holidays or carrier delays.

Bulk, Wholesale, and Customized Orders

Processing time for bulk, wholesale, printed, labeled, or otherwise customized orders varies with quantity, product availability, and customization requirements. Processing and any additional shipping arrangements for these orders are confirmed individually.

Tracking and Delivery Support

Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment. Please check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for address changes, delayed shipments, transit damage, or a shipment that appears lost. Address changes may not be possible after processing or shipment.
